Terms of Inventory Program
• Inkwell Global Marketing has been selected by the National Contracting Office and National Purchasing Office to provide promotional products to the entire American National Red Cross organization. These products will be available to national headquarters, Blood Services Regions, chapters and employees to purchase stock as well as custom orders for special events, blood drives, recognition, and a wide variety of other functions.
• Orders for merchandise placed on this site are submitted directly to Inkwell Global Marketing. If you place an order online you will receive an e-mail confirming the order. Inkwell will then supply a pre-production sample of the product prior to production.
Payment
Regions, NHQ and authorized Red Cross associates can order using their 23 digit accounting code. When checking out, enter your 23 digit account code in the appropriate box. Inkwell will verify the number and proceed with the order process. After order is shipped, invoices will be sent directly from Inkwell to Shared Services for payment. To prevent delays to your order, please double-check your 23 digit FCC Code.
To ensure accuracy, please contact elysak@inkwellusa.com if your order should ship to more than one location or if your order should be charged to more than one FCC.
Items which are inventory items can not use their 23 digit account code and must be purchased through Red Cross Shared Service; 704-943-6901. Contact Dixie Harjo, harjod@usa.redcross.org.
Chapters can order using their credit cards or if desired contact Inkwell to arrange credit terms.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping & handling charges are calculated based on the weight and zip code of recipient using UPS Published rates.
If you would like to use your Red Cross FedEx Account, please indicate during the checkout process; be sure to include Federal Express account number.
Some items require additional handling charges; these charges are automatically included in your shipping quote during checkout.

Custom Items
All of the logos displayed on the web-site are completely random. Except when noted, all items are custom printed. Inkwell will include your chapter, region, specific event or any desired imprint. If you have a logo you would like to use send to art@redinkshop.com. Inkwell will assist you in the design and layout and provide you with proofs for your approval.
